1. Binding Agreement
By accessing Haseeb Store or placing an order through our digital storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All commercial transactions are governed by the applicable commercial and consumer protection statutes of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
2. Order Confirmation & Pricing Accuracy
All prices displayed are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable provincial sales taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to rectify pricing errors or cancel orders originating from technical calculation anomalies. In such instances, any prepaid sums are refunded immediately.
3. Cash on Delivery Commitments
Customers selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) obligate themselves to be present or appoint an authorized representative to receive and tender payment to the delivery rider at the designated address. Repeated arbitrary refusal of confirmed COD consignments may result in account restriction.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All trademarks, product images, brand marks, and technical copywriting displayed on Haseeb Store are the intellectual property of Haseeb Marketplace or their respective authorized brand partners. Unauthorized reproduction without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
